Establishing justice is a primary purpose of the United States government. All related legislation and spending should be grounded in security and justice for the citizens and consumers of the United States. Listed here is how we intend to establish justice, spending and specifics are listed under Defence or General Welfare.

A. We support a minimum to survive for all citizens. All citizens who want this base will get it regardless of income. -

-a. We support a citizen's benefit, or universal basic income, enough that every citizen has the means to provide themselves with food, shelter and basic necessities. -

-b. We support all citizens having the right to proper health care and education.

B. We support limiting the economic power of corporations.

--a. We do not support the notion that corporations are people.

--b. We support strong regulation of the banking and finance industries.

A. We support all citizens having the same rights, any infringement on these rights should be taken to and decided on by the courts.

-a. We do not support special interest groups. -

-b. We do support strict enforcement of citizen's rights and swift punishment for those that violate them.

A. We support dismantling the police state and reducing the number of crimes by doing the right thing and giving the United States citizens what they're owed.

B. We believe in strong regulation and oversight of law enforcement.

C. We believe that one major crime that continues to go unpunished is the theft of common property, labor and sacrifice, and that compensation in the form of a citizen's benefit is due.

D. We support an investigation into high ranking members of government for treason and crimes against the United States. >

The wording is common defence. We believe this means protection of the interests and borders of the United States citizens and consumers. Defense spending to protect corporate profits or advance any special interest group's agenda is unconstitutional and unacceptable. We accept that some foreign funding is necessary to protect the interests and security of the United States, and to promote peace and just society.

A. We do not support open borders. Anyone in the United States illegally or otherwise not under our jurisdiction should be either given an opportunity for citizenship or be removed. We should know and control who passes through our borders or becomes citizens.

--b. We support unions with countries that adopt similar systems for its citizens and consumers. >

That which falls under General Welfare will be uniform for all citizens of the United States. We do not support block grants unless absolutely necessary, and only with strict oversight. The federal government's job is to provide for the general Welfare, not pass it along to multiple heads of states to use for other budget items or any unintended purpose. Each state may have slight differences in implementation, but all citizen's rights to these deemed to promote the general Welfare will be the same regardless of any other factor.

Definition

General Welfare is defined as the whole of the citizenry in a contented state of being happy and healthy and prosperous.

A. We do not support voucher programs. We support strict oversight of any and all private schools.

B. We support reforming the education system and placing professionals from the field in charge of its operation. The government will provide whatever funding is necessary, the educators will do their job and make sure our children have everything they need to promote the future success of all citizens.

C. We support the additional funding of a minimum 2 years of college or trade schools, with the option of advancing further.

D. We support immediately writing off the current student debt of US citizens, either through quantitative easing, government buyout or other effective options.

A. We support single payer health care.

B. We support reforming health care and placing professionals from the field in charge of its operation. The government will provide whatever funding is necessary, the health care providers will do their job and make sure our citizens are as healthy, informed and prepared as they can be to promote the future health and success of all citizens.

A. We support a universal basic income for all citizens. More to follow.

A. We support whatever regulations are necessary to promote the general welfare of citizens and consumers.

A. We support legislation and regulation intended to alter rapid climate change and protect the environment.

--a. We support funding for research and development of alternative energy sources.

A. We support ending the war on citizens part of the war on drugs.

--a. We support removing marijuana from from the schedule 1 list. We believe states should decide whether or not they want to legalize and tax marijuana. -

-b. We support decriminalizing possession of other drugs.

-c. We support stricter enforcement of the 4th amendment and harsh penalties for violations by law enforcement.

A. We support the introduction of a new tax placed on profits made from technology developed by the United States government. These include, but are not limited to, the internet and satellite technology.

B. We support simplifying the tax code. All forms of income should be considered regular income, everyone will file single and there will be few deductions. The initial rates should become:

See examples of these income tax rates here. Adjustments to be made after the first 2 years. Past the initial 2 years the budget will level out and the tax base should begin to broaden. The citizen's benefit should be keeping everyone at a base, eliminating poverty, while simultaneously stimulating the economy providing more opportunity for small businesses and creating an incentive for all to find work. It may take some time to reverse the damage done by right wing economic schemes, corporations may initially suck up the benefit simply because main street will need to rebuild itself. C. We support raising taxes on corporations. More to follow.

D. We support introducing a 10% income tax on religious organizations.

A. We support switching to instant-runoff voting.

B. We support the electoral college. Each state should have a proportional say in elections.

C. We support making election day a national holiday.

A. We support a 3% tax on wealth for 5 years specifically for debt reduction. The first $200,000 should remain tax free. Projected figures to come.

A. We support a balanced budget amendment. Deficits lead to debt. We believe the interest to service the United States debt is at unacceptable levels. Since 1988 we've spent over $10 trillion on debt interest, and the expense is increasing drastically over time.

A. We do not support free trade.

We support the proper interpretation of the United States Constitution. We also support the United States government doing its job for citizens and consumers, and consider corporatism, neoliberalism, and dismantling of the people's government an act of treason.
